Delivery charges

We also offer free delivery within NZ on orders over $150.00!
Delivery times
At Nappies-R-Us, we know that you have far more precious things to wait for – so we won’t keep you waiting for your nappies and baby products. We will send your order as soon as possible – mostly within the same day if you order by noon. Of course, the exact shipping date and time is dictated by the courier, but we do our best to follow-up with them.
In New Zealand, North Island deliveries will usually arrive in 2 working days. South Island deliveries usually take 3 working days. Rural deliveries and larger orders may take longer to arrive.
In general all goods advertised on this web site are available to be shipped immediately. Occasionally, we may have to order an item from our suppliers. If this is the case, we’ll notify you personally and let you know how long your order will take.
Unattended items
Please make sure your delivery address and billing address is clear and correct. Please also include any special instructions (e.g. leave at front desk/leave by back door/do not leave at front door, etc.) and we will be sure to note it on your package. Most times a courier will require a signature for the products, but if there is no one home when the courier delivers your order, we CANNOT be held responsible for any orders that are left unattended.
